OK, I'm up to make myself do this! It's already the 4th, but I have done a bit so far. I'm going to bet on 30 minutes a day between cardio and weight lifting. I joined the gym Saturday, and tomorrow is my first day to get moving there.

I'm going to do 1000 minutes this month. I've got 90/1000 done so far. Have to catch up now! :)

Kerri, I don't see where you updated the group total (and I am too new to PM you and ask you about it) Also as of this post your sig says 120/1100 so I didn't know if you forgot or planned on adding later or what to add so I am leaving it alone :hug:

I'm adding Kerri's minutes (from above) first:

Group total: 571 + 90 = 661

Me, I had 30 minutes cardio today. Hope to get in a few more minutes calisthenics later.

Personal total: 86/1000

Group total: 661 + 30 = 691

I attempted 30 Day Shred yesterday, but I ended up giving up after 6 minutes! LOL! I was doing the modified version, too. I guess I'll just have to keep trying til I can get through it. :) I didn't do anything but that yesterday, and I'm not counting that towards my total. So, 30 minutes for today :)

Ok, I worked out an hour Monday and Tuesday:

Group total 796 +120 = 916

And now I think I figured out what we do in this thread. ;) Sorry bout the confusion!

I did 50 minutes in the gym this morning and 45 at the pool with the kiddo after supper. So I'm at 350 personal.

Group is 1190 + 95 = 1285

Group total: 1285 + 43 = 1328

Only managed to get in 12 minutes yesterday, but I did a bit of walking around while I was out, anyway :) 30 minutes of Wii today :D
