Hey girls still here with you I know I hang out in the other thread, I'm a slow loser and I started to feel like I kept making friends here and then they kept moving on. :) So I just hopped threads only because this one was quiet otherwise I'd keep up with both. Not sure if anyone is still left here with me. :) I'm slowly struggling to get rid of the last 10 lbs to get into two-town. I can feel it almost there. Within reach but yet so far. :) I know that after I get there there is a whole nother journey to one-derland and then on to goal weight (healthy BMI) so as tempting as it is to crash diet away the last 10lbs I won't do it.

I haven't been posting on this thread, just because I forgot about it.
I am officially out of the 300's as of today! Yay! silent - You have lost 41 pounds, that is amazing. Please don't try to 'hurry' those last 10 pounds. We all face such a large amount to lose, it's hard to remember that persistance is better for our long term success. Yes, I would like to be magically down 100 pounds. But, I know that's not going to happen. *sigh* |

Well I reached a Milestone this week and entered a new Century, I am OUT OF the 300's after being there for 20+ years. As of Wednesday I am at 297lbs, I have loss 92lbs in 26 weeks. I feel great, starting to notice things I am doing now that I would not even think about before. I still have 100 left to go but I am taking it one lb at a time and one day at a time until I get there. No stopping me now :)

rachael congrats on you too! 303 this AM I think I am dehydrated though I had afew too many drinks last night. That's not a bad thing , I remember when 318 was my "low" Now (i hope) I wouldn't see that even on a "high weight" day. I just qualify it to myself because tomorrow after I've had some coffee today, and rehydrated my poor body I don't want to be upset that I see a "gain". I think I will do some housework today not exactly cardio but it needs to be done if I convince myself it will help me burn calories i'm more likely to do it. |
Still in the 303 zone which is good I haven't bee the strictest and this weekend is a whole lotta halloween celebrations nad the weekend after that I'm going on a mini-vacation. So we'll see I'll be happy to stay in the 303's but I might get out of the 300's by the end of november ... I surely hopeso far away from my "summer" goal but ah well at least I'll make it there eventually. 4lbs in 4 weeks even with a mini vacay... I can do it!

Still in the 303 zone I guess as long as I don't go up thats okay. I really would love to start seeing some #'s closer to 300 closest so far is 302.8....
And I am just REALLY hungry the past few days so I am eating to maintenance calories. Trying to stick to healthy foods avoid the junk. monday is going to be hard though. |

Silent I am still here veen though I am under 300 now.... I come to root everyone else on.... So here is what I hae to say you can do it girl and when it does come off you will feel so accomplished.

Well, this past week was TTOM- so I didn't do the daily weighing I usually do because it frustrates me. So I weighed today, and I was at 296.0! Wow, what a whoosh! I hope that's a permanent change! |
