Hi, I'm new

  • Hi everyone. I'm new here and I'm here because I have a lot of weight to lose. I need to lose around 240lbs. I've lost and gained weight before, but I'm doing things differently this time because this time is about maintenance. I hope to be around for a long time because I need support and I'd like to be a support for others, too.

  • Thank you for responding, learningtoliveagain. I'm trying to take things one day at at time...and I"m Counting Down the Pounds (and Days) until I'm at a healthy weight. I'll visit the positivity thread.
