I went off track, went from 315 to 335, a new high

I got a bit stressed out, started binge eating again and sleeping in way too late >_>
However, I haven't beat myself up over it, I joined a Zumba class with a coworker or mine and I've worked off 9 pounds to 326 and I'm working on my eating habits again. I've been working earlier in the day as opposed to night shifts too, that is helping tremendously since I'm no up all night eating now.
I may not meet my goal of hitting the 300 pound mark by my birthday, but I'll do what I can. the weather is getting nicer, so I can walk to work, that'll be a big help.
