About 110 gm, which I think is high. But I can't seem to eat less than that. To offset all the acid production, I eat a lot of vegetables. Like 10-14 servings a day.

porthardygurl, Im not really on a program. I have tried tons of programs and if any of them worked for me long term I wouldnt be doing it all over again. I am just trying to worry about the quality of the food I am putting in my body. Fruits vegetables good carbs lean protein and some dairy. I have pcos too so I am trying to see if eating a lot of protein increases my weight loss. I am also breastfeeding and that has a lot to do with my success. You burn 300-500 calories a day just from milk production. I also dont drink any calories. I am just moving more, eating better, and staying hydrated honestly. I am just now starting to write down what I am eating to see if there is a difference when my protein in higher. Or when my carbs are lower. Just trying to find out the best way to eat for my body.

Your question made me go back through my records to see how my protein intake is... not so good. I am only getting 30-40g a day. Now I have to figure out how to fix that...
