Oh the loose skin is awesome.

Sarcasm aside, I'd rather have this wrinkly skin then have to hold my breath to clip my toenails :)

I still have 4 sizes to lose, so I am nowhere near the end of my journey. My "loose" skin still has fat inside it, so I more or less have very jiggly skin (in spots). I have lovely wrinkly bits in my armpit area, and my stomach.... well, I can see my toes when I look straight down and thats what counts.

Sometimes my husband catches me pulling on the skin and frowning, or jiggling it and he just says "I don't care, why do you?". When I started this journey, I made all sorts of mental plans about what I would do if/when I got to a point where loose skin was an issue. I don't think about it much anymore, even though it is actually happening now. I figure I will reassess the situation a year after I am at goal size as I have read many times that the skin gets progressively better over time. I don't think I want to put myself through surgery, but you never know. I am just so happy that I have made it to a point where I HAVE loose skin, it's terrific.
