Smile Somewhat of an accomplishment

I was given some advice to set mini goals. My first was to stop eating fast food. And I did, for 3 days straight. It is always so easy to choose fast food and just not even think about what I am putting in my mouth. It was very different to stop, and just think and to make right choices these past few days. I'm kinda proud of my self, hope I can keep it up!

Keep it up, I promise it does get easier. I have been doing that since new years. (unfortunately for me I only started weighing myself since last tues) so I dont really kno the turnout of that since the beginning of the year but my body feels a million times better for it

Hooray for you!!! Fast food is a huge problem for me but once I get away from it, I lose the desire for it after a couple of weeks. Then one meal and I'm hooked again. It is so addictive. I'm staying far, far away from it right now and am feeling so good.

GREAT JOB!!!

That is a great mini-goal! I myself have struggled with that one, especially since my DH is always wanting to eat out. But, I've just decided that if I do eat it, I just have to restrict the rest of the day and then exercise a little more.

Try giving up pop for the next one. I lost 19lbs in one week!! That includes diet, too. It all makes you hold water. It will give you the confidence to continue and it's a great boost to see the big numbers on the scale.
