I've started working on my eating habits this week, and I'm aiming to get into a regular exercise routine as well, which I've worked on this week in addition. I aim to do Yoga at least every other day for the rest of January, then up the ante in February and do it every day. I've done some cardio here and there this week as well.
I'm down 5 pounds as of this morning, which has put me at 320. A small victory, lol. By the end of January, if I get down to 315, I'll still be on track for 285 by my birthday in mid June.
