My plan is POP - count and record each bite. My doing this it will keep me more aware. That's my plan and I'm stickin' to it!

Debbie -- Good luck avoiding sweets. Just don't get started! I'm doing better. Takes a couple of days, but I feel more on plan today. We'll see how long this lasts, but then I have to get right back on again! |
Good news - I'm down 8 lbs this week.
Bad news - did not record every bite this weekend - that will change today. |
Spent the weekend away from home and it included lots of hard work and exercise....but it also included more food than Im use to eating. Back to POP today..lots of water today.

I was pretty good this weekend. I need to sit down tonight and get my supplements organized for the week. Walked a lot while shopping and cut up several pounds of vegetables last night for snacking on. Brought some to work, so that is a good start.
Making soup and reubens for dinner. I have to plan out a menu or I will end up at a restaurant every meal and that is my downfall. I am planning to go to the gym tonight and get my 30 minutes cardio and 15 minutes strength training in. |
We hit the gym last evening. After I had done my 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of weight, I weighed. I weigh 280.4, not 294! I don't know where I got that number from, but I will weigh every week at the gym. Keeps me from obsessing and the minor ups and downs won't drive me crazy.

I had the day off yesterday and went and had mexican for lunch with a friend. I ate too many chips but stuck with salsa, no cheese dip. The rest of this week Im going to make as good of choices as I can considering its the holidays. Im still planning to avoid the sweets. |

Debbie -- you and me both! It's just hubby and I for the holidays, but dinners out with others and this whole next week or so is a minefield. |

heather- candy making has started and the food list just grew longer.... carol- how are you ? I was busy cracking pecans tonight and hubby started wrapping gifts. You should see them.....LOL but you know what I dont care and Im thankful for the help. It was soooooooooo unlike him to help with wrapping. Lots of cooking and cleaning to be done tomorrow. Im just going to try and relax and enjoy it. Kids will all be home on Christmas eve and on Christmas day we will go and spend the day with both sets of our parents. I hope each and everyone has a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! I cherish my 3FC friends and cant imagine my life without the support of each of you!! |
Just stopping by to wish everyone Merry Christmas. It's been ages, I know, since I've been here. Life got crazy. I fell off losing weight, again and I just let myself go.

Im done...stopping the eating craze now.
We had 2 days of eating.... My pregnant daughter and her hubby were leaving our house after church last night and were in a wreck. It was icy and slick. Thank God everyone is ok. My daughter spent the night in the hospital just to make sure. |

I ate a little too much, but not bad! There wasn't a lot of sweets and didn't overeat at the main meal. My problem will be Monday/Tuesday. We're spending 2 nights in the "big city" and will be eating out a bunch... |
