I've never ever weighed this much in my life...and I put a lot on after March. This is when I went back to work after my maternity leave. I had actually gotten myself down to 10lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight (260)...and then the guilt set in and the depression of leaving the twins kicked in...and I turned to some favorite "comfort foods" and here I am now at 310lbs.
My husband and I just got a house and we're moving in at the end of the month...and packing my clothing...I have so much fantastic clothing that just doesn't fit right now. It pretty much bums me out...BUT...it's definitely motivation. I love clothing...and shopping...so I'm excited to start fiting in my old clothes again...and then buying some new fantastic clothes as well.
Motivation to get back in the fantastic clothing should help. I went shopping at some thrift stores to day and found some great buys on clothes. There is alot of support on this forum. Good Luck!

You can find the support you need here~visit often! There are so many changes going on in your life right now (twins, work, house, etc.), realize this and congratulate yourself on these. Take small steps because those will lead to big results.
I know that I can do this. I have to. End of story. I look at all the health problems in my family...I don't want to head down that road...I want to be healthy...so that my babies will want to be healthy. I want to do this, not just for me, but for them as well.
