God, all my favorite candies are on the 'worst' list.

Oh well, good thing I've already resigned myself to not having ANY halloween candy at all this year, not even one piece. There will be time for that next year when I'm thin.

We won't be home on Halloween because we're taking the boys to trick or treat by the in-laws, so I won't have candy here. I don't know if I will even give the little guy a bag to trick or treat (he's 14 months) so he may just go door to door looking cute with his brother. Most of the bigger one's Halloween candy will probably go to my husband's younger sisters, they're both super-skinny so they can afford to eat it! I'll let my son have a little, but I know what happened to most of his candy last year and the year before. Yep, it went in my belly. Won't be doing that this year!

You know the scariest part of that article was the slideshow on the worst drinks and food creations of 2010. Seriously, you have to do research before you go anywhere to eat anymore. Some of the sugar content in the drinks were unbelieveable.
I don't do candy-I have a jar of change that I grab a handful from instead.

I have canady here for the kids I keep. I give them a bag on halloween. I will also work at the fall festival at church and candy is everywhere. I will never allow the 1st peice of anything to go into my mouth. I know if i eat one I wont be able to stop.
