Happy Thursday! I hope everyone is having a good week. I am weighing in today because of my work schedule again. Another pound down! Even though this was not my lowest weight this week! Happy Dance! :carrot:

come on we have a few weeks left to show a loss for oct. Im hoping to lose a few more lbs before the end of the month.

I'm feeling pretty bummed right now, the last week days my weight has fluctuated like mad. I'm back at 277 today... who knows where I'll be tomorrow. And I'm eating on plan and keeping myself moving... bah. Who knows. I have enough stress, so I can't let myself stress about this, but it definitely is frustrating. I'd love to weigh in at 275 by the end of October... but we'll see.

We're halfway through this weigh in! I'm not sure where everyone went... but maybe seeing this will encourage you to come back and share! How are you doing at the halfway point of this weigh-in/challenge?
24th September: 287 lbs 1st October: 287 lbs (still ) 8th October: 282 lbs 15th October: 277 lbs 22nd October: 279 lbs (seriously... sigh... I don't know what's going on.) 29th October: 276 lbs (yay!) 5th November: 12th November: 19th November: 26th November: 3rd December: 10th December: At the halfway point I've lost 12 pounds, so I'm happy with that. I was hoping it'd be more like 15 but I'm still happy with averaging two pounds a week. This has me well on my way to being 260 by Christmas, which is my next goal. |
