12 week Autumn Weigh in

Hi everyone, I wanted to join an autumn weigh in but basically couldn't find one! So if anyone wants to join me here you're more than welcome. I prefer to do this Friday-Friday as i can have a little treat at the weekend then, but feel free to alter the dates if you prefer. I lost almost 50lbs last year and to my horror i put about 30 back on since, so I desperately need to get my bum in gear to make sure it wasn't all wasted efforts. Life just got in the way, but that's no excuse. We need to learn to encorporate all this INTO our lives so some day it wont be such an effort. I'm forever hopeful this will happen through perseverence and I find these forums so inspiring. So lets go! I would love to join too! I have been stuck for a while at the same weight, so maybe this will give me a little boost, a place to be accountable. I am not normally a weekly weigher, but what the heck!

I'm in too! I weigh in on Fridays anyway, and have been having a hard time finding consistent reasons to post, so this works on two levels for me!

I weight on Mondays I hope that is ok with everyone. It helps me be better on the weekends. So I will put my Monday weight on the Friday date.

Last weekend was rough, and not on plan, so I spent the majority of this week getting back on track. For that reason I'm glad I didn't gain, but it was a lot of damage control just to maintain. Lesson learned, and hopefully next week will show more progress!
