Hi all!

I was on the forum about 3 years ago. I was 313 when I decided that enough was enough. (or in my case too much) I lost 50 pounds and then started having gall bladder problems. After fighting that I finally had the darn thing out. That should have been a good thing right? Nope! I found that after that I could eat anything I wanted without causing pain so I did. I ate EVERYTHING I wanted. Not a wise move. So know I find my self back where I started with a pound to spare. The only good thing is that it was only one pound more than I started with. The bad thing is that I was back to weighing more than I ever had. Time to get moving.

I have started this week fresh. I am logging everything I eat. I am walking an hour a day on my treadmill. I'm drinking more water. I'm trying very hard to do all the right things again. I did have some bad things last night while my friend and I were out for dinner. I'm not going to let that trip me up though. I'm right back at it today.

Anyone need a buddy? I would love to have someone to check in with and help keep me honest.

Welcome back. I'm not much of a poster, but I had to reply, because I am a fellow Sims player (assuming that you are). LOL

I have pretty much the same story as you. Lost quite a bit of weight - hit a wall with my gall bladder that I eventually had removed, and worked my way back up the scale.

I commend you for stopping the madness at the point you had begun your weight loss before, as the 50lbs that I have just lost put me at the point I began the last time when I lost 70lbs.

Welcome back! I had my gallbladder out..but I cant eat anything. I also was diagnosed with gastroparesis. Would love a buddy..PM me if you want. Also join our regular thread lots of support there!

Welcome back and best of luck to you.
I can so relate to your story, I also had my gallbladder removed and I still have horrible stomach issues, but I know I will feel better if I lose this weight.

Hang in there and know you are not alone. Post often and read others post.
(reading other people's post inspire me and keep me going).
