I tried chicken pot pie...thought it was disgusting and tossed it after a few bites. I tried hummus on some sort of roll--the bread was too sweet, so I tossed it after a few bites. I ate a couple of pieces of sushi...but there was a flavor in the pack that I didn't like, so I tossed most of that too.

I gave up and ate a plum.


I'm apparently no longer a member of the clean plate club...and because I'm eating much smaller meals, I couldn't eat enough to binge, even if I wanted to.
