Good morning everyone, just a friendly reminder that we still need 3,237 more minutes on the exercise thread to break the total set for the month of August 2009.

We have one week left in August so don't be shy..get moving and get posting.

Heather, it's my pleasure. I'm so grateful to you for keeping this thread going...it's working wonders. I'm down 70 pounds and my son is now down 50 pounds. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and my legs moving...I think we are so on target to break last year's record.

As of now, we are only 1,870 minutes away from topping last August's record.
We are doing great everyone!!! Keep moving.

I was gonna wait and add mine at the end of the month...but if I add them now (assuming none have been added since this post) it will break the record. So I'm going to go add them!!!

Holy cow Heather, this was a fabulous way to start my morning. No doubt we are going to go over 20K for the month, do you know what our all time best August was?

Faith -- Apparently, the first year we did this our Aug min were 26,640!! I didn't think we had any months that high (and therefore thought we broke records earlier this year...) That month might have been the highest ever (until earlier this year).

April was the best month we had so far at 27,221, I don't know how this August will end. Even if we don't beat 26,640, I think we'll be close! Most definately over 20K!!
