After many months of reading all of your inspiring post, I have decided to jump in and join you.Finally. I'm currently 48 pounds into my journey ,although at one point I was down 64. I'm back on the wagon and looking for friendship and support. Looking forward to talking to all of you and being part of this awesome website, and I think you should feel a bit safer to know that I'm not secretly watching you anymore.(what a creep), but those days are behind me! lol.

Hope to see you around the forum What plan are you using are you using any or just counting calories and exercise?
Thanks y'all for all the warm welcomes. I can all ready feel the love. As for my plan I try to stay around 1500 cals a day. I know that for my weight this seems low but it works for me ,and my doc has approved it .I also (when I'm on plan)try to exercise 5 times a week. I have one of the small cheap pedal bikes that I love and use about 20 mins at a time.
