One day at a time! Gotta remember this. If I may...
Before: Stood in front of the refridgerator, sometimes just to look at the food. Not wanting to cook and grabbing something fatty. Just, whatever and whenever.
Now: Planned meals, logging everything that goes into my mouth though I slipped this weekend a little.
Before: All day on my belly, internet, internet, internet. "Yeah sure, I'm small and skinny, love me! LOL"
Now: If not working out, drawing. Informing men online "Not only am I not "hot" by your Iron Maiden of beauty standards, but I am not your penis sleeve. Go play, I've got adult things to do." Gaining the confidence to be me is still in progress by far though.
Before: Two sandwiches, lots of meat piled on, processed cheese, mayo, 16 ounces of juice cocktail. Surely about 700 calories if I think on it. If not more. Ugh, there was so much I didnt know.
Now: Sandwich thin, 1/2 serving meat, mustard, lettuce and tomato. 175 calories for one. 350 for two. :3 Not bad, right? I tend to stick to one as a snack and two for a lunch. Always drinking water before hand.
Before: Ginger Ale, aloe drink, apple juice, Sprite, Ale 8, gin and tonic, vodka and juice, beer, beer, beer.
After: WATER. Now and then: 1/2 serving 100% juice, 1/2 serving tea in club soda, soy or 2% milk once a day or less, just to make sure I dont go too low on calories as I log them.
Hmm. I think I am doing a little better.
Before: I HATE THE DAYSTAR.
After: I STILL HATE THE DAYSTAR...But a walk sure does sound nice, right now.
