Talking Before and After

So I was thinking today that in my one month of journey somethings have changed

Before Most of my weekend was spent sitting in front of the computer, sleeping lates and talking myself out of doing chores around the house.

After this weekend I re-caulked my tub, did laundry, grocery shopping, cooked both days, did 3 miles of walkin on the wii, scrubbed my kitchen floor and finally started on de-cluttering


Before I would have been broke at the end of the weekend from all the eating out I was doing

After I cook and manage to save money

Before i hated walking up step and hills and would walk around forever looking for an elevator.

After I consider it a little more exercise and just go at my own pace.

And that is exactly how I started. Additionally, every week I would incorporatre yet another healthy tactic or idea or food or activity. I am still growing in this direction. Little things like eating a veggie serving a day....I used to eat none. Now I maybe up to 3...LOL. I have discovered even on my worse days of eating off plan, I am still very very far from eating the things I used to. Best of luck!

the way to do it is one at a time.
One walk
One serving of veggies
One Pound
One extra load of laundry.

One day at a time! Gotta remember this. If I may...

Before: Stood in front of the refridgerator, sometimes just to look at the food. Not wanting to cook and grabbing something fatty. Just, whatever and whenever.

Now: Planned meals, logging everything that goes into my mouth though I slipped this weekend a little.

Before: All day on my belly, internet, internet, internet. "Yeah sure, I'm small and skinny, love me! LOL"

Now: If not working out, drawing. Informing men online "Not only am I not "hot" by your Iron Maiden of beauty standards, but I am not your penis sleeve. Go play, I've got adult things to do." Gaining the confidence to be me is still in progress by far though.

Before: Two sandwiches, lots of meat piled on, processed cheese, mayo, 16 ounces of juice cocktail. Surely about 700 calories if I think on it. If not more. Ugh, there was so much I didnt know.

Now: Sandwich thin, 1/2 serving meat, mustard, lettuce and tomato. 175 calories for one. 350 for two. :3 Not bad, right? I tend to stick to one as a snack and two for a lunch. Always drinking water before hand.

Before: Ginger Ale, aloe drink, apple juice, Sprite, Ale 8, gin and tonic, vodka and juice, beer, beer, beer.

After: WATER. Now and then: 1/2 serving 100% juice, 1/2 serving tea in club soda, soy or 2% milk once a day or less, just to make sure I dont go too low on calories as I log them.

Hmm. I think I am doing a little better.
Before: I HATE THE DAYSTAR.

After: I STILL HATE THE DAYSTAR...But a walk sure does sound nice, right now.
