I know I am not 300 lbs but I was very close before I started my new healthy lifestyle a couple of months ago. Would it be ok if I join you all over here? You all seem really positive and fun. I just posted on the intro side as well but I have been overweight since I stopped playing sports in high school. My weight has slowing gone up from 140 to 280 over the last 15 years. I want to have a family with my husband, but before I do I want to lose this weight so I can be as healthy as possible. I started this journey at the beginning of March and have lost about 32 pounds so far. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
