I'm back baby!!
Well, I'm still not a 100% but I was able to get in some exercise today and will start posting regularly on the exercise thread again, man I missed it!!
Not exactly sure what happened but it was a killer week, spent 5 days in bed, unable to eat anything solid and now I'm finding I can't eat like I used to, that's a blessing in disguise. It's like my body took over and now it just says, "Ok, Faith. That's it, we're full. Eat anything else and we'll be loving the bathroom throne." I'm down below 287 actually but I'm not counting that loss as of yet, we'll see what the next week or two hold.
Just looking to get back in the groove, the hub played Mr. Mom and took care of everything while I was down. The kids stepped up their game too, though they were disappointed that they couldn't get in as much exercise as they would have liked.
We'll see what the rest of the month holds, I know I won't finish at 2800 but I know I can get over 2000 easy and maybe up to 2500.
