Forgot to add my exercise from yesterday, 48 minutes on the rower. Have now reinjured my hand after a car accident, so no weights or rowing. Must switch to elliptical cross trainer and maybe Wii Fit today.

I know most of you wouldn't end up going back to look at the opening post of the thread, but here's an update:
We exercised a stunning 24,105 minutes in January (a new MONTHLY record!!!) and nearly made it there again in February -- with 24,081 !!! March is a little longer... I think we have to break 25k!!!!! |
