The first step is admitting there's a problem.

    I am here to confess my sins. Lost 12 pounds in January and gained 4 pounds back in February.
    Here's to making March count.
    I have no excuses...I went slack and stopped working out and I started sneaking in more fast food (bad for budget too) so I am here to renew myself and to make myself participate more so I can be accountable.

    I knew something was up when I stopped opening my bookmarks for here.

    I think the first red flag is when you stray away from this website, you're not the first to say that, and I find when I'm here daily, it just seems so much easier to stay on target.
  • Glad you are back! I'm having some straying issues, too. It's hard! But worth it!
  • You'll take those 4 pesky pounds off again in March. Just stick with it!
  • I started to stray already today!! I sat down at the computer while the baby was napping and started to get up without coming here. I need to come here - its my reminder that people do this everyday.
