SSkar - Leslie Sansone is the woman on the Walking for Weight Loss videos that I use, and the one that I flip off on a regular basis. I have my own apartment, but I'm pretty sure at times my neighbors wonder just what the **** I'm doing.
Cethlinn - 15 minutes is a great start, do that 5 days in the first week, then next week shoot for 17 minutes and just keep building from there. It really snowballs, trust me. I've talked to some physical trainer/exercise fanatic friends of mine and their suggestion is early on to exercise 5 days, and have 2 rest days so your muscles can recover. But if you are sore as you sound like you are, definitely take a break, that soreness is your muscles strengthening, they need the time to do that.
