Use what you got baby. Do you have any hand weights? You could work your upper body while sitting in a chair, that way pressure is off your right foot. |
no i dont have hand weights but i do have water bottles that can work in a crunch:)

that works, before I had my hand weights I used canned veggies, that worked great till I accidently smacked myself in the face LOL
