ANY activity counts - even more if you haven't been doing anything! Also, you can do 10 minutes more than once a day. Some of the Sansone videos go very fast even for the first mile (a 15 min mile = 4 mph, which is tough if you haven't been walking for fitness).

Whatever you do - just do something regularly! (I'm giving myself a pep talk here)

Well the pep talk is working for me too Im going to be more active if it kills me. For those of us who live in AZ know how bad the heat is, my friends from colorado came up here and told me I lived in an air conditioned bubble cause during the summer I never leave the house. I cant handle the heat. So now im breaking the bubble and getting out there!!!
