Alrighty.. I figure I've taken the first step .. admitting I need help. So, here I go.
I've been trying to get motivated to start exercising on a regular basis. Unfortunately (as I know you all understand) at 304 lbs it's hard to do much serious exercise without getting winded and seriously feeling worthless. I've started dieting and watching what I eat (Pepsi is a big biiiiig problem for me; I've switched to diet now. That's something right?)
I guess what I'm asking is...how do you start exercising? I mean.. obviously, "a journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step".. but I mean.. do you guys do for exercise? I'm looking for inspiration and motivation, I guess.
:sigh: So overwhelming.





Start small, do what you can, build up that strength! You can do this.
