Hi. I'm new here. I'm getting back on track wanted to find a new group of online friends to get healthy with.
I have discovered about myself that I am a food addict. I have all the symptoms of drug addiction-- my drug is food. This would be a lot easier if I didn't have to still be around it every day in moderation.
I'm jump starting my diet with a 5 day fast (liquid diet).
I joined a local TOPS support group last night.
I'm journaling every bite and drink.
I'm playing Wii sports every morning.
I found an online support group (you).
Two days down and I'm feeling good. I have only one struggle right now and it's this horrible desire to go binge on a whole can of cheddar pringles in private. A weird thing but it's really eating at me. So, I keep focusing on my victories. I'm hanging in there.
This will get easier with time, right?
