Hi all, I would love to join this thread. I just rejoined WW on 09/02/09 and since I had no intentions on using my activity points towards food, I didn't track them. So, I will start tracking with todays total. Good luck to all!
Today's Exercise: (was so sore, but got in a little bit before I had to stop)
-20 mins Stability Ball & Step Aerobics combo.
-10 mins Treadmill - Incline 2
-30 mins Strength Training
