Height: 5'6 ---Goal#1: 299 by Xmas
Talking First weigh-in this morning and.....
I've lost 11 lbs!

Yep, I'm crazy shocked and super excited and not about to let anything stop me. I am on Medifast and think I finally found something that works for me.
Down from 334 to 323. I am quite proud of myself!
I will be weighing in again next Monday, and I can't wait!

It's a brand new week and the sky is the limit! Best of luck to all!
