Talking Yay! i'm back.....and its about time!

OK....So I finally got my internet fixed and can get online again! I was going through some serious 3FC withdrawl! I fell off the wagon a little bit and I could kick myself in the butt for it!! However, with that being said, this is a new day and I'm starting with a clean slate. I just have so much trouble staying motivated...its insane! And this is horrible bc I know that I have so many things going on right now that should be the perfect motivation. BUT, I think I need more than getting in shape for my wedding (which by the way had been moved back to its original date in december instead of june). I need physical motivation...like ppl to go walking with and ppl to tell me that I can do it! ya know? It always helps when you have that little extra "push". I am going to make it a goal of mine to get on here every day though bc this website helps me a lot, and I was doing really good before my modem and router diet. I was losing weight and if I wanted to eat something that was bad, I would just get on here and read some posts to get my mind out of the "food gutter" lol. So, hope everyone had a great weekend! or whats left of it : )

"...get my mind out of the food gutter"...love that one!

So 3FC, that's sort of like wellness porn for us, right?

A December wedding, that sounds lovely. I wish you a stress-free plan, and I look forward to egging you on to wellness!

Thanks Ya'll! Ya know, 3FC is so ADDICTING.....but its a good addiction. When I wasn't able to log in daily and read the posts I thought I was going to go nuts! And not being able to get on her for the few wks that I couldnt really made me realize how much 3FC was helping me. I actually gained weight back! YIKES!! : ( You guys are my crutch.... I need 3FC and the ppl her that post, bc you guys inspire me with your stories and make me feel like I can actually do it. And I LOVE that!

I talked to my fiancee last night and we are planning on signing up at the local YMCA gym next Friday...YAY! (ya know...gotta wait till payday...ugh) Its gotten to the point here to where it's so darn hot that I can't even breathe outside when I am trying to exercise and walk outside...and thats even If I wait till 730 or 8. It's horrible....its already hit 91 degrees here the other day. The doc put me on an inhaler for asthma and told me not to overdo it..but everything is fine as long as its not boiling hot. Like, if I am inside doing one of my BL workouts or WATP dvd's, I am sweating like crazy...but still fine... maybe its the humidity...who knows....but anyway, I am very excited to get signed back up at the gym and get to workin!

Joining the Y is a great idea. That should really help you a lot - I joined the wellness program at my university and am currently going to their swim fitness class twice a week. I figure - it's a start right?

Good luck to you!
