I am looking for a quote that I believe I saw on 3FC at one point (maybe in someone's signature) that was something like, if you fall down the stairs, you don't keep throwing yourself down, you pick yourself up ... does anyone know the quote I am referring to?

Are there any other good quotes you'd like to share?

One of my favorites is on a magnet that I got from one of the 3FCers is "Don't let your mind bully your body into believing it must carry the burden of its worries." (Astrid Alauda) - I have it on my fridge and look at it every day, especially when I am in an emotional eating mood.

I think this quote comes from Kaplods. I agree, it's pretty wonderful. I latched onto it back when I was still a lurker.

ETA: I mean the quote about throwing yourself down the staircase if you trip.
