Back again...after a long time.
Hello all!
I was a member here a few years ago under a different name, but now I'm back. I had lost about 70 lbs., but gained back 35 of it. I'm back on the wagon, but it seems to be harder this time around. A lot has changed- I got divorced, have moved (a couple of times), had my job cut down to 2 days a week, have gone back to school and gotten engaged. So needless to day, my lifestyle has changed!
I'm not following a particular diet plan (i.e. WW or Atkins) because I just can't stick to them. Instead, I'm trying to cut out processed foods and eat lots of fruits and veggies and a little lean meat. My problem this time around is WANTING to eat these things. It's tough. Plus I'm really busy and it's so easy to grab fast food. grrrr
Exercising is also a challenge. I've never loved it, but it seems harder this time. We have an eliptical and it's kicking my butt. I also bellydance and will be starting yoga this Saturday.
I'm basically looking for support from others in my position. This site was great in helping me the first time, so I'm looking forward to meeting more fabulous ladies on the weight loss road with me.
