Well after doing so well last year, one thing and another happened and I fell off the wagon and just didnt have the energy or confidence in myself to pick myself up again. Although I did keep going to the gym - I was (and still am) paying for it so Ill use it!
So Im back again! Luckily I 'only' gained back 7Lbs. Its 7lbs I shouldn't have gained but it could have been much worse.
I started last Monday and Ive been doing well. Husband is giving me lots of support and telling me Im losing weight and looking skinny already!

I want to start feeling good about myself on the outside again. And we also want to try for another baby later in the year and I want to be healthy for that. Also Id love to have a proper bump second time rather than looking a bit fatter
