Hmmmm well I guess kind of bad news and good news. I had some major health problems this summer... severe pain, could hardly walk, using walker and two canes, etc. But I ended up getting lazy and gaining all my weight back plus a few. HOWEVER, here is the good news. Since the end of July I have lost 64 pounds so am about at the place I was when I left here... maybe 4 or 5 pounds over. So here we go again.
I finally got ambitious and realized I could do the pool (plus I had steroid shots in my hip which helped) and have worked out by the hour in it. I am also seeing a medical nutritionist who has been a super help.
Sooooooo... I blew it but got back on track so here we go!!
Thanks! It also did not help that I moved twice in five months and had to paint a lot of the first apartment I moved out of! I had just moved and four months later got an opportunity to get into a condo, so jumped on it!
This time too I have done better than ever -- joined PCC natural market and stopped eating most processed foods. Also completely stopped eating between meals with an occasional exception if there is a reason (such as tiny samples at PCC deli so I can determine what I want).
It is fun to be back and to see so many of you still here chugging along. Good job! Heather, you look absolutely stunning! WOW
