Hi Firedust. Stick with us this time. Even if you stumble...don't go away. I have been where you are, and it sucks. I would join a weighloss group and quit after 2 or 3 days. I remember when I first started, (for real) my healthy diet, and I went to a support group I had booked marked a year previously. There was a girl I remembered because of all the supportive words she gave me. Low and behold, while I was waiting to live my life, she had lost 130 pounds, and was LIVING hers. It was a true turning point in my life.
I can't even begin to tell you about all the amazing things that have happened to my body by shedding a chunk of poundage. Don't give up. FIGHT for yourself. You are worth it. You ARE WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

back we all fall off the wagon now and again the main thing is to hop right back on it and hang on for grim death 
Seriously you have done the right thing starting back. In the past I have been on "diets" but I would cheat constantly then be upset when the scales did not go down. I would blame that on everything but the fact I had probably consumed at least a couple of chocolate bars a day. No one had seen me eat them so they didn't count but of course they did.
