Hmmm... quiet here with just me and bumblebee!

70 min walk yesterday and 40 min weights & 15 min bike ride today!

Group total ~ 2795 + 125 = 2920 min

I'm still here, just Tues was a rest day and yesterday, well, just didn't happen. :)

60 mins walking today (actually 5 mins of jogging in the first 30 mins)

Group total: 2,920 + 60 = 2,980

635 minutes added to my previous total of 412 for a total of 1047

I forgot to add my final exercise for the month of August.

540 is the last amount for my final week so, 540+6116 = 6,759 New Group total

I haven't posted in awhile, but I'm still peddling away. I wanted to go ahead and post my totals for the month. I didn't quite hit my goal for August, but there's always September!

8/13 thru 8/29 = 84.77 miles and 450 minutes on the stationary bike. :ebike:

August: 623/800 minutes - 136.81/150 miles
July: 756/756 minutes - 138.7/138.7 miles

New group total ~ 7209!

I got sick again, and didn't exercise for almost a week, so didn't make my goal, but I'm still pretty happy with how I did. I am also happy that I am listening to my body and not pushing it too far when I'm sick.

Personal Goal... 1120/1200 - Putting me 80 mins BELOW my goal.

Group Total... 7209 + 1120 = 8329
