Thumbs up Hey There, Elliott Here... :)
I made an introduction in that section but I should be posting here also as I am as of June 9th, 2008 ... 394 pounds and 5"10 ....but I WILL NOT be that size much longer as I am working on doing all I can to fix it. I have started a home based Weight Watchers Flex plan and I am getting some light exercise... I belong here also if I belong anywhere ....

I am hopeful that we can encourage each other to overcome the problems we are experienceing and please feel free to write back and talk as we all need some supportve friends to help stay on track with the goals we are setting for ourselves.

Rach here- Our goal weight is the same I've never done weight watchers but have heard great things from friends who have. I, too, belong here if I belong anywhere Am glad we'll be taking this 'journey' some-what together
