Default 491 lbs of me! dropped 5 more, why did it take this long to start!

In an attempt to stay accountable I have been posting up my weekly losses in this section of this forum, I am happy that there is a place like this that offers so much support and a place to share goals and mile stones etc etc etc. and I just can't say thank you enough for the support.

I dropped 5 lbs this week! 5 more lbs that I do not have to carry around any more. and yet I somehow felt disappointed at it this morning, the disappointment has passed, imagine that feeling bad that it was "only" 5 lbs lol silly boy. I wrote about it and why I was disappointed in detail in my blog if anyone was interested, basically its because I slacked off on m exercise this week, and there was no reason to.

anyways I just wanted to post up my weekly results again here, I hope no one minds , the support I have been getting here is great so I keep posting! lol

Yes, Botzz, thanks for posting. 5 pounds is great, and if you know you slacked off for no good reason, then you know what to do, which is always good. My own progress has been really slow, and you're inspiring me to kickstart my program.

Nice job! 5 lbs is awesome! Some people don't even lose that in a month let alone a week. Keep at it...you are doing something right!

5 lbs! You're doing swimmingly!

We all have moments where we look back over the week and see where we could have done better, BUT don't let that get you down! Accept & be happy about the 5 lbs & then look forward to THIS coming week and how you can keep on staying on track!

Every time I feel what I have lost in pounds is'nt much I try to find something that weighs the same as what I lost ( a sack of potatoes or a lb. of margarine, etc.). That helps me know how much less of me I have to carry around! . Keep going you are doing great!!

on another 5lbs lost you are an inspiration to others here on 3fc that you can do healthy eating and in turn give yourself a healthier new you. Embarking on the path of healthy eating and exercise is not always a straight path there are twists and turns along the way. The important thing is you learn from little hiccups and mark it down to experience. Just brush yourself off and carry on down the road to the health new you.
