Done 306 - highest weight May 07 302 - Started Weight loss study June 07 300.4 - Went Back to Weight Watchers Sept 07 294.8 - Last WW weigh in Oct 1, 07 293 - Last Study Weigh In To DO 289 - UNDER 290 (where i always get stuck) 270 - first 10% goal 259 - 100lbs to GOAL 255 - No Longer MORBIDLY OBESE 222 - No Longer SEVERLY OBESE 206 - 100 lbs GONE!! 191 - No Longer OBESE 188 - 2 year study goal 159 - NO LONGER OVERWEIGHT (GOAL!) |

OK I am going to give this a try....
351...my starting weight last december and for the past 7 years UGH!! 345...my current weight without doing anything different..imagine if i tried Goals to go... 330...where I want to be as of Jan 2008 299...finally out of the 300's I cant even imagine 250...finally 1/2 way to my goal...breathing better I hope..bye swollen foot 220...The weight I was after having my last child 13 years ago!!??? 199...Being out of the 200's Wow is that possible 170...living life..being able to move and breathe 140...My ultimate goal WOW!!! I guess when you list it...it does seem possilbe!! I can believe it has been 13 years since I was below 300 lbs...sad really...this was a good exercise! |
This all seems so do-able on paper, but not so easy in life, but here goes...

267.5-Current weight 267-10 lbs lost!!! 263- one pound under stall weight-264 252- 25 lbs lost!!! 249- Big Number! 10% if total body weight lost, under 250, weight starts to appear on guidelines for panty house and sand chairs! (I may officially exist) 247- 25% of weight loss for goal BMI 29 242- Top weight when pregnant! 240- 25 % of weight loss for goal BMI 25 231- I’ve lost my age! 227-I have 50 lbs less to carry around!!!!! 217-50% of weight loss for goal BMI 29 211- No longer Morbidly Obese 203-50% of weight loss for goal BMI 25 199-Under 200, weight at first checkup after baby 189-Weight when I started job 187- 75% of weight loss for goal BMI 29 185- Now only obese not very—chance of heart problems decrease if waist under 35 inches. 177- loss of 100 lbs 164- Weight for years 153- BMI of 29—No longer Obese!!!!!!! 133-BMI of 25- |
Im kinda doin my mini goals different.. I'm american living in england and i love the way they weigh over here.. stone vs pounds.. each stone is 14 pounds so my goals are one stone at a time.. right now im in the 20's.. 20st 10lbs... my first goal will be to be in the 19's, and so on....
