Default Do You Journal?
I was just wondering how many people actually do journaling of their weight loss journey.
I know I have since day one.
Just interesting to see how many of us do that.

I keep a journal here on 3fatchicks. Day by day I have different thoughts and experiences so I think it's a great way to keep me in line.

I journal religiously. I don't feel like my day is complete if I don't. When I took my break from WW to see if I could maintain I didn't journal and I really missed it. As soon as I started journaling again I was back in the saddle!

I just joined today and I am going to do my best (fingers crossed) to journal. I did it personally in a book when I have peace and quiet. haha..about 2am (kidding)..

My Weight loss Journal is "IdealMuse" over at LJ but 75 percent of it is friends only. I don't mind adding people though so feel free.

I journal about my journey as well as my day to day life. Sometimes, I just get into the groove of it and others, I find that I bore even myself to tears.

Like Muse I am also on LiveJournal, mostly friends only (same name as here). I am on and off with posting, but have been trying to be better recently (and succeeding!)
