I eat Eggo Plus Blueberry and Fiber (two) almost every day. When I have a very early start, I add a banana - either with breakfast, or about 10:30-11am. I agree that a mid-morning snack works wonders - just choose wisely!
Every now and then (read: monthly hormonal times!) I'll have two pieces of toast with 2 tbsp Peanut Butter and 1tbsp of jam for breakfast; this week I've actually been eating a heartier breakfast, a lesser lunch and a light dinner, so I have been having a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and jam... I swear, by 1pm I could STILL wait for lunch - VERY filling, and VERY satisfying!

Of course, it does mean, for me, a much lighter meal later on.
