I don't understand this.. I know am holding water in my body,But how much water can I possible carry??! A few months back.. after I did colonoscopy in May and was fiber counting and see the scale drop.. My medical doctor performed a body fat and water count, both of them dropped a few, but need to work on it even more . I forgot the actual numbers of the test...which I don't know when he will check it again.
Now am on a structure plan and do admit, cheat on a few days..but am always sticking with it. My area in the summer is very humidty and I sweat alot and drinking enough water and sometimes Crystal light. I do walking and somedays my video at night.
I am hoping my weight will slow down. and curious how much water weight can I hold? I am happy the scale is moving on the right direction, eating fiberous foods and doing everything in my power of not ending back to the 400 mark.
If she has edema, it could very well fluctuate. I had one friend who went to a specialist in lymph glands- he gave her some kind of shot, and she lost 20 pounds overnight, all fluid and she continued to lose about 15 more pounds within a couple of weeks. Still, she had a shot that helped with the build up of fluid......
I don't know about losing 66 pounds (according to her updated profile?!) in less than two weeks time, though. Seems very high, unless it is all fluid from edema (assuming Liliann has edema?). If she's eating a lot of water based fruits and veggies, she very well could be losing a lot of fluid.
Still, I agree with Robin- Liliann- call your doctor. You want to be very careful that you don't lose important minerals in your body too fast. Make sure you have enough potassium, too.
Robin.. I am just sharing on what I see when I check my scale daily. I am concern on this rapid loss. Today have to see a gyn doctor and on the 1st, will see my medical doctor. I just want to lose healthly and now am so lost..
You may also consider your scale. I had a digital scale that was so unreliable, it read 127 when I was 265. I always weigh myself 3 times on my scale in the morning. If the 3 weights are within 1 lb of each other, I average the three for my weight. If the 3 weights aren't close, it's time to change the batteries (or get a new scale).

Thank you ladies..
And you should share your concerns, hun. We're behind you all the way, and if this loss is healthy for you, then congratulations and way to go!
Please don't think we're trying to discourage you- we all just care and don't want to see you get sick. I honestly don't know if this is healthy or not. I myself have edema and know my weight can fluctuate some days between 3-8 pounds of fluid loss/gain, depending on what I ate and what happened the day before and the current day (such as, sitting for a long car ride, or standing in one spot for a long time while cooking up foods for vacation).
I'm proud of your progress and urge you to continue- everyday that you do this is a step in the right direction to a more healthier and slim you. I, like everyone else, just want to make sure that you're healthy first.
