Please don't think we're trying to discourage you- we all just care and don't want to see you get sick.

I honestly don't know if this is healthy or not. I myself have edema and know my weight can fluctuate some days between 3-8 pounds of fluid loss/gain, depending on what I ate and what happened the day before and the current day (such as, sitting for a long car ride, or standing in one spot for a long time while cooking up foods for vacation).
I'm proud of your progress and urge you to continue- everyday that you do this is a step in the right direction to a more healthier and slim you. I, like everyone else, just want to make sure that you're healthy first.
