Hi

Im a new member and just wanted to say hi to all over at the 300+ forum. Ive been on this weight loss journey seriously since last august. I started at 375 pounds ive now lost 53 pounds and weigh 322 pounds. Cant wait till i get under 300 pounds and will feel one step closer to normality.

I hope everyone has a geat weight losing week !

Hi Kazz! I'm from Perth and have been on here for a little while now. I truly hope that you decide to stay and get to know everyone, as you have the opportunity for a fantastic support network here.

Well done on your great progress so far. Over 50lbs since August is wonderful! I look forward to hearing more about you.

Hi Kazz, I am so glad you are here! Wow, you are already successful, great job. Well, you can't do wrong by coming here. We have a great group. Try the weekly numbered thread. It may be a lot at first, but just jump right in, everyone here is wonderful.

Hi Kazz and welcome! I'm pretty new around here too. I know EXACTLY what you mean about being under 300 pounds. I feel like I'm waiting to get excited and feel like I've really accomplished something until I'm 299 pounds. I hope to be there by sometime in the latter part of June.

Welcome, this seems like a great place.

I too am from OZ, Adelaide. I have just broken the 300 mark, only just, and it does feel good. Now to stay under and work further down.
