Got in 22 minutes on the elliptical Saturday and tried to do a bit of yoga and walking during the weekend, but not enough to count.

Hi guys. I have decided to post my exercise every Sunday night. So, here goes.

30 minutes Pilates video. (I am SO glad I didn't try this for the first time in public! :o I felt like a walrus on a land. Decidedly UNgraceful.)

Well, I didn't do my WATP this morning because of an odd pain in my left foot. It kinda feels like there's something tied around the middle of my foot, and every time I take a step, it squeezes and pinches towards the top (as in closer to the toe than the heel) of the arch of my foot. I've had falling arches in the past, and it's not the same type of pain nor is it in the same spot, so I'm not sure what it is (other than annoying!).
Anyway, since my foot hurt, I took the opportunity to try some strength training instead of walking :) I did a bunch of arms exercises with my new adjustable handweights I got for Christmas, and I did crunches and back extensions on my balance ball, then ended with a bit of stretching for a total of 30 minutes Personal: 335/900 Group Total: 30 + 4,334 = 4,364 :carrot: |
