Hey ladies! I joined this site a long time ago...but for some reason didn't use it very much. Well I am glad to say that I am back for the long haul. I can't even remember what my weight was when I first started this thing. I started out at my highest weight off almost 300lbs after the birth of my daughter. I have since lost 52lbs and plan on loosing another 100lbs. I haven't really followed a weight loss plan...just eating healthy and walking. I was really interested in Dr. Oz's "You on a diet" program and I am planning on picking up the book this week. So, we will see how that goes. Hope to meet you all soon!
