Default 26 pounds and............

Ok everyone, explain this one to me please. I have lost 26 pounds (YIPPEE ME!!!!!!!!) and my clothes are still fitting the same. I have not gone down a size or even a half of a size. Things aren't getting looser. It is VERY frustrating and I don't see how this can be possible. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please. I am eating heathier and moving alot more, and actually drinking water. What else could I be doing?

When I lost 20 lbs. on WW I barely went down a size. I actually think that the only reason I was able to "fit" into a smaller size was because I was wearing what size i should have been, not the larger size that I was more comfy in.

What kind of exercise are you doing? Maybe just give it a few more pounds? Have you taken measurements?

Don't get frustrated!! You're doing an AWESOME job just on the 26 lbs.!!

26 lbs is AWESOME!! congrats!!! You are probably losing weight in areas that don't affect the size of your pants, ankles, face, back, etc.

That is what I was starting to think to. My ankles are always small, so it isn't that but I noticed my face looks thinner and (crying) my chest is getting a bit smaller. Oh well if that is the price I have to pay then ok! lol Thanks for your imput guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm dealing with the same thing! I've lost 20-something so far and I'm JUST starting to have to pull my pants up all the time! And it's really only in one pair. The others are looser, but not sliding down loose! Seems like I'm losing in the spots that I'm not THAT worried about! My legs, my arms, face...blah blah blah...when's this daggum TUMMY going? LOL.

Good going though, on the 26lbs! That's a great accomplishment in itself, no matter what size you're wearing/not wearing!!
