Hi,
My name is Heather. I also post at cathe.com. I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids. Caleb 13, Sarah 10 and Isaac 7. Thankfully they are all in school all day. My start weight was 235 on July 13th. I weighed in this morning at 206. I have been doing a rotation which includes cardio, firms and some Cathe workouts. I have also really cleaned up my eating. My goal is to get to 130. Maybe less depending on what I look like at that weight. I read a LOT. I know what has to be done to get healthy again, I just allowed myself to be extremely lazy. I do have pics of me at my higher weight. I will post those later tonight. I'm glad I finally mozied on over here to this site to check it out. I forgot to add that I am 36 and I think I'm either 5'2" or 5'3".
