Default New Here and have a question.

I posted on the buddy up but wanted to post here as well. I am new to the board and just wanted to say hello. I am starting the SBD tomorrow. Gonna go grocery shoppin in a bit. I had a question though.

I have like 0 energy most days. Is there a daily vitamin or something that will help with this. I am hardly motivated to do anything. I want to work out but dont' feel like it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Hi Kelly! Have you been taking a regular multivitamin? I would start there. See how you feel once you get going on SBD. I know eating carbs can make you tired, so maybe once you're off them a bit, you'll also feel more energy??

Welcome to the board Kelly. Sometimes I think just eating healthier, pushing ourselves to exercise even when we don't feel like it (and I never feel like it even when I'm not tired), and just losing some of the extra weight we are carrying around helps us to feel more energetic.

Yes a multi vitamin, that should do the trick. I just started (getting back on track as I call it) Last week. The first of the week, I was like :sigh: Theres no hope, why am I doing this waaa waa waa, But I've stuck with it, and by Friday, I was soo proud of myself, and so energtic. I'm thinking WOW, I'm actually back on track, and nothing is gonna stop me now! Stay ahead of your hunger. Antisipate when it will strick, and eat right before it does. You'll feel so wonderful by the end of the week.

BTW your Children are beautiful

I have a friend who stopped all gluten and has WAY more energy. Now, if she slips and has some pizza with the fam she pays for it!

drinking plenty of water also will give you an energy boost. dehydration (even a little) causes tiredness in general.
