Ok, for the most part, I did great this week end. I ate more then I should, but less then I wanted. (this is my weekend mantra. When my husband went on his Krispy Kreme run (actually I went for him) I didn't even touch them. Although I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO tempted. I did perfectly till Sunday night @ 7:55 I ate 2 chicken strips,1/2 a large order of fries, and a small ice cream cone (low fat sherbert) But still, I don't think this was too bad for my first weekend back on track. I would have ate a lot more before.
