Thanks guys!!

Alex and I took an impromtu trip with DH to Virginia. We are hanging out while he's working. There's NOTHING to do here! Unless I wanted to drive down to Colonial Williamsburg. I may do that tomorrow. It depends on how long he has to work tomorrow. We shopped at the exchange for a little while then came back to the hotel and Alex watched TV while I napped. Now he's napping while I surf!

Sorry I was MIA again ladies, I have been so wrapped up in holiday cleaning and running around after the storms we had at the first of the week that I havent been on the boards as much as I uaually am. No big problems here from the weather other than losing my phone service, but that was on account of lightening striking my phone
Doing good now though....so how is everyone else??

Christie, The temps at the beg. of the week were in the 60s and today we are struggling to get into the 30's. Last night we were supposed to get down to 12 degrees and who knows what the wind chill was supposed to be. During the eleven o'clock news, temps were low 20's and the wind chill was 12. brrrr!!!!!

Well I have 183 days until graduation and I can not wait. I should be working on all the homework that I have. I just hope that my professors do not load us down with extra homework because we have an additional 3 days off for Thanksgiving. I have 3 reports to do for my history class. A power point presentation for this Monday. Also do something for art class. December 15th can't come soon enough! That is the last day of class.

Anyways, that's why I haven't been posting like I used to. Well it is time for me to get cracking on homework.

Hello Everyone!

Well, our trip was extended! We will be here at least until Monday. We are in Ft. Lee/Hopewell, VA. It's an hour south of Colonial Williamsburg. Close to Richmond, but I'm not sure how close. I found the good shopping today! I bought Alex an Annie/Clarabell set for his Thomas train for his Christmas stocking thinking I could keep it from him. Boy, was I wrong. He carried the unopened package around with him all afternoon. I caved and gave it to him tonight. If we'd been on the road it would've been easy enough to make it disappear. Not when you are cooped up in a hotel room and he's crying for "ee and clarabell". He can say Clarabelle, but not Annie. How weird is that!
